License & refund terms

Magician AI Assist ("the plugin") is made and sold by Tan Zi Jian, an individual based in Singapore ("I", "me"). By buying it, you agree to these terms. Questions: support@magicianaiassist.com.

Your license

• Each purchase gives one person a permanent license to use the plugin on one computer.
• Changing computers, or need it on a second one you own? Email me with your order reference and the new Machine ID and I'll sort it out.
• Studios and teams need one license per artist.
• You may not share, resell, rent or redistribute the plugin, your license key or your order link, or remove or bypass the license check.
• You can use the plugin for personal and commercial work. What you make with it is yours.

Delivery and updates

• The plugin is delivered immediately after payment on your private order page, which is also emailed to you.
• All 1.x updates are free. A future major version (2.0 and up) may be a paid upgrade.

Refunds

• It doesn't work on your setup: if the plugin doesn't work on your computer within 14 days of purchase and we can't fix it together, you get a full refund.
• Change of mind: no refunds once a license key has been generated for your order.
• Duplicate or accidental purchases are always refunded.
• Price drops or sales after you buy don't qualify for a partial refund.
• To ask for a refund, email me within 14 days with your order reference and a short description of the problem.
• Refunded licenses stop working in later versions of the plugin.

If you're in the EU or UK

Digital content normally comes with a 14-day right to cancel. At checkout you ask for the plugin to be delivered immediately and acknowledge that you lose that right once you have downloaded it or generated a license key. This doesn't affect your legal rights if the plugin is faulty or not as described.

Third-party AI services

The plugin connects to AI services you choose, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Google Antigravity, Gemini, DeepSeek or Ollama. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms and pricing, and they can change or stop working without notice. I'll work on updates when they change, but I'm not responsible for their availability, pricing, usage limits or what they do with what you send them. Any API usage is billed by the provider, not by me.

AI output

AI can make mistakes. Check what it builds before relying on it, and save your work before using Create mode. The plugin makes a backup .hip and can revert its changes, but edits made through Python can't always be reverted automatically.

No warranty and limits

The plugin is provided "as is", without any warranty beyond what the law requires. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for lost work, lost profits or indirect damages, and my total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the plugin.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Houdini is a trademark of Side Effects Software Inc., which isn't affiliated with this product. Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Gemini, Google Antigravity, DeepSeek and Ollama are trademarks of their owners.
